You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.What you'll love about this role:Achievable Targets: You'll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.Industry-Leading Dual Bonus Program: Enjoy two separate bonus opportunities that reward your impact and leadership.Productivity Bonus: Increase your earning potential through flexible productivity incentives designed to reward additional billable hours while maintaining work-life balance.ABA Caseload Bonus: Earn additional monthly bonus opportunities based on ABA direct service hours billed and converted within your POD, with bonus potential up to 10% of monthly base salary.Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You'll have the chance to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way.
