Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Remote (Cary, NC) At Cortica, BCBAs use a strength‑based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. BCBAs lead a cross‑disciplinary team, ensuring high‑quality care and meaningful long‑term impact for families. Work in a hybrid role with remote flexibility as appropriate to clinical and administrative needs. Responsibilities Oversee neurodiversity‑affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment patients. Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make lasting differences. Maintain a productive caseload with an average of 26 billable hours per week in the first year, with reduced targets for shorter weeks. Achieve dual bonus opportunities based on productivity and ABA direct service hours. Progress through BCBA levels I–IV, with reduced productivity targets at levels III and IV to focus on leadership. Manage schedule autonomy, ensuring input on when and where supervision occurs. Coordinate with the administrative team for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Qualifications & Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA certification required. Benefits Earning potential (salary + productivity bonus): $100,000 - $126,000. Second bonus – up to 10% of monthly salary: Total earnings increased with two bonuses. First year bonus: $7,500 additional. Time off: Up to 22 days off in year one, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. Hybrid flexibility: Remote work when clinically effective. CEU stipend: $2,000 annually.
