Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Must live near Raleigh, NC area Job Summary Glow Forward ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in helping children in North Carolina move forward, glow brighter, and grow into their full potential. Responsibilities Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform treatment modifications Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided Requirements Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBA Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $90-$105 Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling options A supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply If you are a motivated and experienced BCBA looking for a new challenge, please apply to this exciting opportunity.
