We are partnering with an Established Automotive Component Manufacturer who is hiring for a Sales Representative to support and grow key customer accounts.

Position Highlights

• Title: Sales Rep

Background Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Business, or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of key account sales or business development experience.

• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.

• Experience managing and growing customer accounts.

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

• Experience with pricing discussions and customer agreements.

• Ability to develop sales forecasts and track new and existing business opportunities.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and other internal teams.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working within a global and multicultural business environment.

• Organized, accountable, team-oriented, and customer focused.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts with responsibility for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

• Develop account strategies and action plans to increase business.

• Identify and pursue new product and program opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.

• Build strong relationships with customer Purchasing, Engineering, and other key decision-makers.

• Support pricing negotiations and customer commercial agreements.

• Communicate customer requirements and expectations to internal teams.

• Develop sales forecasts for new business, existing programs, and changing customer requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to resolve customer issues and support program objectives.

• Partner with internal Engineering teams to develop solutions that address customer needs.

• Support customer continuous-improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Gather market and competitive intelligence to identify future opportunities and changing customer needs.

• Participate in broader account strategies and customer initiatives as required.
