Student Aide Box Office Supervisor

The Department of Performing Arts is looking for a Student Aide who will work in the Box Office as the area supervisor for all Productions and report directly to the faculty.

Position Duties

• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to multi-task
• Work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Handle problems and customers in an efficient and courteous manner
• Possess strong verbal and organizational skills
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends
• Background in Marketing or Graphic design
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Dependent upon production needs
• Evening and weekend hours are required
