HCA Healthcare is seeking New Graduate Nurses to join our Nurse Residency RN program, a structured transition-to-practice experience in our acute care hospitals. As a Resident RN, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care, guided by experienced preceptors and a supportive interdisciplinary team. You’ll build core clinical skills, refine assessment and critical thinking, and learn hospital workflows while using advanced technology and EHR systems.
