Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for patients presenting with trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neurological conditions
• Float within scope to the IMC unit as needed to meet facility staffing needs
• Document and manage patient care using EPIC electronic health records
• Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements, including every other weekend
• Participate in orientation modules completed through the Relias/Net Learning portal

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (pending license considered)
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience with strong clinical background; 3+ years preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers are not eligible for this position
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of ICU nursing experience
• Experience caring for trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, or neurological patient populations
• Familiarity with IMC-level care and ability to float comfortably within scope
