SalesForce Business Analyst

To support SalesForce initiatives focused on enhancements and continuous delivery, the contract SalesForce Business Analyst/Solutions Architect will partner with stakeholders to document requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and ensure high-quality releases while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews and document current-state and future-state processes Maintain and refine backlog items in Jira, collaborating with Scrum teams for grooming and sprint planning Support QA and UAT planning, defining acceptance criteria and coordinating UAT sessions with business users Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role supporting application delivery 5+ years of experience as a SalesForce solution designer or implementer Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments Hands-on experience with Jira and documentation practices Demonstrated ability to write high-quality user stories, process flows, and functional requirements Virtual Vocations Inc
