Automotive Sales Consultant / Car Sales Representative

If you are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to build a long-term career in automotive sales, we want to meet you. Previous automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is strongly encouraged, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Expected Earnings

$80,000 - $120,000+ per year. Top performers have the opportunity to earn well into six figures in our high-traffic dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, financing options, and trade evaluations
• Handle internet leads, phone leads, showroom traffic, and customer follow-up
• Build long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale
• Become knowledgeable on Volkswagen vehicles, trim levels, technology, safety features, and financing programs
• Perform professional vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer communication and sales opportunities
• Complete manufacturer training and maintain product knowledge certifications
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure a smooth ownership experience
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and dealership CSI scores

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and dealership software
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Valid drivers license required
