Project Manager - Construction Management

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to lead TI and ground-up construction efforts for an assigned market in Houston or Phoenix. You will manage all aspects from initiation through occupancy, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver on scope, budget, and schedule. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of construction PM experience, a degree, and certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills are #J-18808-Ljbffr
