It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects. It has been operating for over two decades and has built a solid track record delivering projects of varying size and complexity Job Description Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion. Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget. Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements. Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports. Address on-site challenges and escalat**e** issues to the Project Manager when needed.
