Job Description

Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion. Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget. Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements. Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports. Address on-site challenges and escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.

The Successful Applicant

Proven success driving multifamily projects forward through proactive coordination and problem-solving. Deep understanding of multifamily construction, from site development through unit turnover and closeout. Exceptional communicator who builds strong relationships with field teams, subcontractors, and ownership groups. Results-driven mindset focused on delivering safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. Open to travel across Texas as needed.
