Assistant Project Manager

We're working with an industry-leading builder on a confidential search for an Assistant Project Manager. In addition to leading field teams, this role will manage Project Engineers on complex and high-profile construction projects in Houston including healthcare, mission critical, advanced manufacturing and life sciences. What They’re Looking For A strong Senior Project Engineer, Lead Project Engineer, Project Engineering Manager, Assistant Project Manager or emerging Project Manager who: Successfully delivers large commercial, healthcare, higher education, mission-critical, or advanced manufacturing projects and is ready for broader leadership responsibility. Is Recognized for your strong technical construction expertise. Has Demonstrated leadership experience with effective client-facing skills. Has A Passion for developing high-performing teams. Combines technology driven project oversight with a people-first management philosophy . More than a traditional APM role, you'll oversee and develop Project Engineers, lead contract administration, procurement, document control, change management, and project execution while partnering closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, owners, architects, and trade partners.
