Position Highlights:
- Exceptional leadership opportunity to develop and teach Family Medicine Residents
- Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and educators across Meritus Health's network.
- Balanced schedule with 40C% Clinical and 60% administrative time, plus flexible clinical practice (inpatient, outpatient, or mixed).
- Academic appointment through affiliated institutions, with opportunities for teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activity.
- Engage in curriculum development in adherence to ACGME guidelines, and resident training
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary of $245,000, plus bonus opportunities.
- Signing bonus starting at $25,000.
- Relocation allowance: $50,000 for candidates moving to Washington County
- CME allowance: $5,000 annually plus $1,500 for business expenses and 10 days of CME.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-funded retirement plan, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and malpractice coverage (details in separate document).
