Medical Receptionist

Immediate Medical Receptionist contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Lee's Summit, MO.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr Work Schedule:- Monday: 7am-11am
- Tuesday: 7am-3pm
- Wednesday: 7am-5:30pm
- Thursday: 8am-5:30pm
- Friday: 8am-4:30pm
- 40 hours per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 10/19/2026 (possible extension)
- Answering phones, scheduling patients appointments, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, assisting with operational admin tasks as delegated.
- Conducts reminder calls to all patients.
- Greets and directs patients, salespeople, and visitors.
- Registers patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate.
- Makes appropriate changes in computer system and on patient's chart.
- Prior medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of Epic a plus
- Proficient with computers and technology, including MS Office applications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation, responding quickly and appropriately to customer
- Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner
