Guest Experience Lead

High Point University is seeking a full-time Guest Experience Lead. This position provides first-class customer service in every interaction with campus visitors to ensure an extraordinary experience for prospective students. Give tours to prospective admissions campus visitors, give admissions presentations, and assist in supporting the Undergraduate Admissions team for all admissions events. Assist in maintaining a campus visit database.
