Help Wanted: Sales Representative – Events & Private Dining
(Full-Service Restaurant & Jazz Club)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in selling and coordinating corporate parties, private events, and special occasions at a full-service restaurant, hotel, club, banquet space and or live music venue. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with proven sales success and established client contacts.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving private dining, group sales, and event bookings (corporate and social)
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proactively prospecting and converting new business opportunities
- Coordinating with operations, culinary, and entertainment teams to deliver seamless events
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in hospitality/event sales (restaurant, hotel, or venue)
- Existing corporate and social client contacts strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Passion for food, hospitality, and live music is a plus
