Warehouse Worker - Food Distribution Center

Shift Openings Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday 3:30PM – 2:00AM Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5:00AM – 3:30PM Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday 5:00AM – 3:30PM Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 3:30PM – 2:00AM Pay and Shift Differentials Base pay ranges from $24.80 to $29.61 per hour. Eligible workers may also earn a shift differential ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour. Responsibilities Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Attend safety trainings to operate safely in a fast‑paced warehouse. Pack, load, ship items to stores and guests, and ensure accurate processing of merchandise. Work efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area. Report to work on time and complete all assigned tasks accurately. Engage in problem‑solving to support continuous improvement. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Physically able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50lbs frequently, and up to 60lbs occasionally. Ability to push utility carts up to 60lbs, use hand trucks and other equipment to move items. Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach comfortably during shifts. Work at heights up to 40ft on a mezzanine when required. Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction). Read labels, tickets, and other product documentation accurately. Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training. Good written and oral communication skills. Operate powered equipment safely, including pallet riders, scissor lifts, and forklifts. Ability to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and training instructions. Food Distribution Center only: Work in various temperature‑controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers.
