Location: Hilo, HI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 07/27/2026
Shift: Variable (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; Days/Evenings/Nights/Weekends/Holidays). No guaranteed hours or shift preference.

Requirements:

Active Hawaii RN License by assignment start (license application required upon offer acceptance)
Minimum 3 years PACU experience OR 3+ years recent ICU/ER critical care RN experience
BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
PALS (AHA) preferred/may be required
EPIC experience preferred
Must participate in on-call rotation (0–3 times/month)

PACU Responsibilities:

Pre-op, Phase I & Phase II recovery care
Post-anesthesia patient assessment and monitoring
Critical care skills for post-surgical recovery and complication management

Additional Notes:

Flu vaccination or approved exemption required
Traveler must arrive the Thursday prior to start date for Friday employee health clearance
Holiday coverage required
