Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid State of New Hampshire RN license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- 3 years previous nursing experience preferred
- ICU experience required
- NIHSS certification required
- CRRT experience required
- Balloon Pump experience required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas.
- Assess patients upon admission utilizing appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, laboratory work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests.
- Plan and implement written care plans under the direction of a physician.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create a comprehensive, patient-centered care approach.
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.

Compliance / Notes
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
- Availability for holidays and every other weekend is required.
- Scrubs: Navy blue.
- May be required to float to Progressive Care if needed.
