$55-$90,000 base + uncapped commission (no thresholds)

What you’ll be doing:

\n

\n
• Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a contract basis
\n
• Growing your niche market within technology
\n
• Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
\n
• Developing and mentoring junior consultants, shaping the future of our team
\n

\n

\n

What we're looking for

\n
• Proven success in an agency environment
\n
• Strong business development mentality with a consultative approach
\n
• Ambition, resilience and a target-driven mind set
\n
• Technology market experience is ideal but not essential, we have taken on individuals from Education, Healthcare, Construction etc.
