As the Legal Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing day‑to‑day workflows, supporting attorneys across multiple offices, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client service. What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Operations Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 Legal Assistants/Attorney Resource Group Specialists. Assign, prioritize, and review work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service delivery. Manage high-volume workflow requests and rapidly shifting priorities across multiple offices. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to support professional growth and team success. Collaborate with attorneys, administrative leadership, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows and resources. Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and work quality. Court Filings & Litigation Support Oversee and execute state and federal court filings, including e‑filing and service of process. Manage federal filings through PACER/CM‑ECF and monitor court dockets and deadlines. Coordinate hearing reservations and scheduling with attorneys and court systems. Ensure compliance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, local court rules, and applicable state requirements. Legal Document Management Create, edit, format, and proofread complex legal documents, pleadings, presentations, and spreadsheets. Support attorneys with multiple concurrent requests while maintaining exceptional quality and responsiveness. Manage document workflows, deadlines, scheduling, and firm resources in a high‑demand environment. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications 7+ years of law firm experience, preferably within a fast‑paced litigation environment. 5+ years of experience supervising, managing, or leading legal support teams. Extensive experience with state and federal court filings, e‑filing, and service of process. Hands‑on expertise with PACER/CM‑ECF filing systems and docket management. Strong understanding of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable state court rules. Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with professionalism and composure. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred.
