Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to deliver impactful treatment.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, ensuring you remain informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
