Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored individual and group therapy sessions utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering mental health improvement.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, participating in regular supervision and peer consultation to ensure high-quality care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that address the diverse needs of clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, each facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. A key focus is placed on delivering culturally sensitive care that acknowledges the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients, thereby ensuring inclusivity and understanding in treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must have an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
