PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR – Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program The Fabrication shop is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator capable of operating forklift and overhead crane, inspecting materials, and setting up machines per drawings. Responsibilities Operate forklift and overhead crane. Inspect materials to match drawings. Recognize different types of steel. Set up machine according to shop drawings and bill of materials. Read measuring devices: calipers, micrometers, and tape measure. Understand bill of materials and shop drawings. Work 1st and 2nd shift as needed. Qualifications Entry‑level experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role. Capability to operate forklift and overhead crane. Good reading and interpretation of drawings and specifications.
