Warehouse Assistant
Location: San Jose/Sunnyvale (EPD II)

Summary
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations pf the warehouse, including inventory management, goods receipt and dispatch, and system transactions using SAP. This role ensures accurate and efficient stock handling, data entry, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SAP transactions for goods movement (e.g., MIGO, MB1C, stock transfers).
• Handle all account flows related to work order activities.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation in SAP.
• Generate SAP-based inventory and movement reports as required.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Assist in monthly and yearly physical inventory checks.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Good numerical skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly excel.
• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is an asset.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range : $23 – 26/hr + 10% Swing shift differential or 15% Night shift differential
