Recruitment Consultant – Brunel Mining Team - Houston, TX This isn’t high-volume recruiting. This is technical, relationship-driven project staffing in one of the most exciting and lucrative verticals out there: Mining! Our Mining Team is growing fast and we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in complex searches, understands project environments, and wants to build a long-term desk with serious upside. Why this role hits different You’ll recruit highly skilled project professionals (including Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and much more). You’ll work closely with Account Managers and clients on real, active projects. You’ll build a technical niche instead of chasing volume. You’ll earn on long-term contract placements, not quick churn. You’ll be part of a high-performing, specialized recruitment team. You’ll work both contract and direct vacancies. What you’ll do Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand project hiring needs. Source talent using creative, direct, and relationship-based recruiting. Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong network of mining, EPC, and construction professionals. Support contractor onboarding, ongoing care, and redeployment. Hit (and exceed) recruitment targets while building a sustainable desk. What we’re looking for Minimum 1 year experience in project staffing recruitment with a background or exposure to EPC, construction, engineering, or mining strongly preferred. Confident communicator who can build trust quickly and work in a team environment. Entrepreneurial mindset who is competitive, self-driven, reliable and comfortable owning your results. Energized by complex searches, recruiting for best fit talent vs. high volume submittals. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without the need for sponsorship.
