What You'll Do

• Keep pathways, gaming areas, dining areas, and shared spaces clean, organized, and flowing
• Bus tables and reset spaces quickly so guests can keep enjoying the experience
• Assist with drinks, events, and guest needs across the venue
• Support teammates by jumping in where help is needed without being asked
• Anticipate guest needs and guide them with warmth, clarity, and confidence
• Maintain awareness of the room and move with purpose at all times

• You instinctively yield to guests making eye contact, smiling, and greeting anyone within 6 feet
• You move with urgency and awareness, even during peak volume
• You understand that "buying the team two minutes" can change the entire shift
• You take pride in being reliable, visible, and supportive
• You enjoy physical, fast-paced work and staying active on your feet
• You believe hospitality is a team sport and you play to win together

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degrees or certifications are great, but not required
• Team-oriented, guest-focused, and trustworthy
• Strong time management and awareness in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work 30+ hours per week
• Professional dress code during working hours
• Day and evening availability, including special events
• Reliable transportation
