Training Support Specialist

Our client, a leader in the medical device and regulated industry, is seeking a Training Support Specialist to join their team. As a Training Support Specialist, you will be part of the Training Department supporting the organization’s training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow‑up skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and ensure compliance. Job Title: Training Support Specialist Location: Scarborough, ME Pay Range: 30/h - 33/hr on w2 What's the Job? Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions to ensure timely completion Route training documents and manage scheduling for individual employees Gather data and report training metrics to management for continuous improvement Ensure accurate entry of training data into the Learning Management System (LMS) Support additional training responsibilities as directed to meet organizational goals What's Needed? High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 2-5 years of experience in the medical device or regulated industry preferred Knowledge and understanding of training in a regulated environment desired Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight timelines What's in it for me?
