PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting Excellence

\n

\n

\n
• Pipeline Management: Strategically develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates within core skill sets.
\n
• Market Strategy: Craft and execute compelling job advertisements to attract passive and active talent.
\n
• Sourcing & Engagement: Leverage advanced sourcing tools, social media, and industry networks to identify and engage qualified professionals.
\n
• Brand Advocacy: Represent the company in local networking groups and professional associations to build brand equity.
\n
• Vetting & Selection: Conduct thorough interviews, administer skill assessments, and perform professional reference checks to ensure quality of hire.
\n
• Candidate Experience: Lead interview debriefs and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Sales & Account Management

\n

\n

\n
• Order Consultation: Manage the intake process with hiring managers to define requirements and success profiles.
\n
• Process Facilitation: Act as a strategic partner to the customer, coordinating the interview process and feedback loops.
\n
• Closing: Facilitate the offer process and negotiate terms to ensure a successful placement for both client and candidate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of two (2) years of equivalent business experience.
\n
• Two (2) years of professional recruiting experience.
\n
• Minimum of one (1) year in a sales-driven capacity (preferred).
\n
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding KPIs and business development goals.
\n
• Experience utilizing alternative sourcing methods (social media, niche boards, etc.).
\n
