Your impact- Run and oversee metalforming and metalworking machinery to achieve precise, repeatable results.
- Conduct routine maintenance and perform on‑the‑spot troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Translate technical drawings and blueprints into accurate machine setups and finished parts.
- Handle and stage heavy materials using safe, compliant techniques.
- Partner with peers to improve processes, solve operational issues, and elevate quality.
- Capture production data and machine performance details for continuous improvement.
- Experience operating metal machines or in a similar production setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence diagnosing equipment issues.
- Ability to read and apply blueprints and technical documentation.
- Background in safe heavy material handling.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
