The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a relentless pursuit of excellence, an ownership mentality, and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. This role is pivotal in the company's next phase of growth, requiring a leader who can transform strategic ideas into disciplined execution, lead and hold leaders accountable across various functions, and establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The COO will be responsible for operational and financial management, including P&L performance, and will play a key role in the development and implementation of operational strategies to support long-term growth objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of direct manufacturing operations leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling a business and leading multi-site operations. Familiarity with EOS® and experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment are essential. The role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on process and procedure management, and experience in leading an ERP system selection and integration process. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, working closely with the Visionary to drive the company's growth and operational maturity. M&A experience, particularly in the aerospace and defense industry, is a plus, and a background in interconnect and/or fiber optic manufacturing operations is highly desirable.
