We're currently looking for an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our team. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy staying active in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Material Handler, you'll play a critical role in keeping production moving by safely transporting materials throughout our facility. This position includes both indoor and outdoor work , so you'll need to be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Work closely with Production, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to support production schedules.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate material movement and inventory records.

Work Environment

This is a full-time hourly position in a manufacturing environment. The role requires operating forklifts throughout the facility and outdoors, standing and walking for extended periods, and working around machinery, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions.

• An experienced forklift operator in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Safety-focused with an excellent work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable with excellent attendance —dependability is essential for this position.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing production priorities.

Forklift certification is preferred.
