Manufacturing Technician (Temp To Hire)

Pay rate: $33/hr on W2

Location: Locations across Indiana

Work Schedule:

• Long Week: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Short Week: Tuesday, Wednesday (6 PM - 6:30 AM)

Schedule subject to shift rotations

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician for a dynamic, hands-on role with responsibilities in maintaining and repairing machinery. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with mechanical systems, including welding, chain and roller systems, and the rebuilding of pumps, motors, and drives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain manufacturing equipment
• Work with chains, rollers, and drive systems to ensure proper functionality
• Replace and rebuild motors, pumps, and drives as required
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency
• Willing to engage in continuous learning and hands-on work to stay ahead of technical advancements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in welding and mechanical systems repair
• Familiarity with chains, rollers, and mechanical drive components
• Experience in rebuilding and replacing industrial motors, pumps, and drives
• Strong initiative and drive to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• A hands-on approach to learning and problem-solving

Educational Requirements:

College degree or technical equivalent

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or mechanical role
