DBTS High School Internship - Summer 2026

Sun Life DBTS High School Experience Program This is a paid, in‑person internship designed for high‑school students and recent 2026 graduates. Students will work onsite at the Kansas City office during a two‑week program from Monday, June 15, 2026 through Friday, June 26, 2026. During the program, students are paired with a mentor or host team and work on projects and tasks that support day‑to‑day business operations. Typical work may include research, documentation, presentations, data analysis, or technology‑focused assignments, depending on the student’s role and interests. In addition to project work, students participate in career‑development activities such as networking sessions, leadership talks, and job‑shadowing opportunities, giving them a realistic “day‑in‑the‑life” look at working at Sun Life. Students are encouraged to ask questions, build confidence, and begin developing professional communication and collaboration skills. This program is ideal for motivated, dependable students who are interested in exploring potential future careers. Successful participants bring curiosity, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills. No prior professional experience is required. Requirements Students must be currently in high school or a 2026 high‑school graduate. Students must be at least 16 years of age by Monday, June 16, 2026. Students must have reliable transportation and be able to work in‑person at the Kansas City office each day of the program. Students must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
