• Current TB/Physical required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Follow facility guidelines and care plans
