Customer Success and Sales Manager

Customer Success amp; Sales Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Build estimates and follow up on outstanding proposals.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a five-star experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (termite, mosquito, irrigation, aeration, tree amp; shrub, etc.).
- Monitor customer retention and reduce cancellations.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure services are completed successfully.
- Help grow both residential and commercial accounts.
