Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Commercial Lines CSRA local mid-market agency is looking for a highly motivated individual for their Commercial Lines CSR. Individual should be able to maintain a large, diversified book of business in a fast-paced, team environment. Responsibilities:Working with primarily commercial linesAssist Account Manager with Book of businessProvide exemplary customer service to clientsAccurately input policy updates and account informationCommunicate with client and producer in regard to policy and coverage related questions and information.Prepare new renewals, submissions, rates and RFQ'sAbility to market various productsConsistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.Build and maintain strong client relationshipsDesired skills:Commercial Lines 2-20 or 4-40 License RequiredMinimum 3 years experienceStrong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & ratingAbility to think outside the box with excellent time management skillsGoal oriented and self-motivatedExperience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systemsExperience with AMS360 management softwareMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Industry designations are a plusAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
