Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Commercial Lines CSR

A local mid-market agency is looking for a highly motivated individual for their Commercial Lines CSR. Individual should be able to maintain a large, diversified book of business in a fast-paced, team environment. Responsibilities:

• Working with primarily commercial lines
• Assist Account Managers with Book of business
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients
• Accurately input policy updates and account information
• Communicate with client and producer in regard to policy and coverage related questions and information.
• Prepare new renewals, submissions, rates and RFQ's
• Ability to market various products
• Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Desired skills:

• Commercial Lines 2-20 or 4-40 License Required
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating
• Ability to think outside the box with excellent time management skills
• Goal oriented and self-motivated
• Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems
• Experience with AMS360 management software
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Industry designations are a plus
