Our Registered Respiratory Therapistenjoy: Competitive Pay – $57/hr Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance - 13-week night shift contracts available Professional development opportunities , including CEUs and online training Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University Bonus Opportunities – Contract Completion / Referrals As an RRT, you will: Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients in the NICU/PICU setting Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient progress and treatment accurately and timely Educate families on respiratory care and equipment usage Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols A few must-haves for RRTs Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensed with in the state of Indiana 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility Must have worked at a children's hospital within the last 5 years. Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team Must be able to remain calm under pressure Proficient in Airway management, Medication administration, Vent management, ABGs, 02 Therapy, Suction, Pulmonary toileting, Nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility Why join Interim HealthCare Staffing?
