This is a high‑visibility, in‑house role ideal for a detail‑oriented sales support professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.Position OverviewThe Senior Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and coordination across all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing teams while maintaining professional relationships with retail customers.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end‑to‑end sales operations support for a Sales Manager and sales teamManage and track new product development timelines and deliverablesCoordinate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and PurchasingPrepare, process, and manage sales quotations using OracleMonitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfactionMaintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partnersQualifications & RequirementsOn‑site position; must be able to commute to Los Angeles daily (Monday-Friday)3+ years of inside sales support or sales operations experienceCollege degree preferredExcellent written and verbal professional communication skillsStrong customer‑facing presence; comfortable working with retail customersProficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and ExcelIntermediate Excel skills, including formulas and data handlingExperience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)Why This Role?This role is ideal for a sales operations professional looking to take ownership of processes, collaborate across departments, and support strategic sales initiatives in a stable, in‑house environment.Please send resume to Bill Beyer, Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at View email address on ziprecruiter.com
