Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families through comprehensive and personalized clinical programs.Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and versatile Clinical Manager for a key leadership role in overseeing our home healthcare operations in Virginia and helping grow the census. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer.You'll be responsible for leading a team of field clinicians to provide essential healthcare services to individuals in their homes, offering skilled and supportive care to aid in recovery, manage chronic conditions, and enhance overall well-being. Additionally, your duties include hiring Nurses and Therapists, managing budgets, and ensuring that the agency adheres to healthcare laws and regulations. The final title for this position may be designated as either Clinical Director or Clinical Manager, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.Daily ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day clinical operations of services provided to patients by clinicians and caregiversSupervise clinicians in the delivery of clinical services to patients and familiesParticipate in the development of agency objectives, standards of care, policies and proceduresCollaborate with peers for staff recruitment, selection, orientation, and in-service educationMaintain quality of clinical servicesParticipate in the on-call rotation programProvide skilled nursing treatments as ordered by the client's doctorComplete evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication reviewsCoordinate with physicians, therapists and other individuals in the client's care planAssess and chart observations of the client's condition at each visitMaintain complete and accurate documentation of nursing careProvide education to clients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategiesRecord patients' medical information and vital signsMonitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditionsPerform all other nursing duties of a home health nurses as assignedRequirements/QualificationsCurrent and valid Virginia and/or West Virginia Registered Nurse LicensePrior nursing experience, specifically in home health (preferred)Current CPR certification (required)Driver's License, Car Insurance, and Car RegistrationStrong interpersonal skills that build personal rapport and establish trust with the clientOASIS documentation experience is preferredFamiliarity with Kinnser / Wellsky Home Health is a plusComputer proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, video conferencing, and emailBenefitsCompetitive salary reflecting dual responsibilities.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible work environment supportive of work-life balance.
