Job Description Clinical Manager (RN) – Adult Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. Our team provides best-in-class care to adult clients throughout Philadelphia County. As a Clinical Manager, you'll support a team of nurses while helping ensure exceptional care for our clients in the comfort of their homes.Highlights Monday–Friday opportunityPaid weeklyComprehensive benefits packageCareer advancement and growth opportunitiesLeadership development opportunitiesAs a Clinical Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.Develop individualized care plans and oversee their , coach, and support nursing staff in the field.Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses.Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.Medical-surgical experience required.Home care experience preferred.Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County.Why Join BAYADA?
