About the Role:

As an RN Unit Manager at Care Pavilion, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated nurses and professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our unit, ensuring that all nursing staff are adequately trained and equipped to deliver exceptional care. Your strong leadership skills and expertise in nursing will be essential in maintaining our reputation for clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents
• Develop and implement effective unit policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
