RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager

About the Role:
As a RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager , you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. In this full-time position, you will be expected to:
Oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to every patient
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide mentorship and guidance to our nursing staff, fostering a culture of support and professional growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
A valid Pennsylvania RN license
Experience as a registered nurse, with a strong background in leadership or management preferred
