Lead Marketing Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Lead Marketing Analyst will own analytics for marketing performance, track pipeline contributions, and measure campaign effectiveness while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain automated dashboards to track core marketing KPIs and deliver performance reports to senior leadership Analyze marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue using multi-touch attribution models and develop clear reporting on marketing impact Monitor and optimize lead and account lifecycles, applying data governance to enhance funnel visibility and efficiency Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related data roles at an enterprise scale Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI and familiarity with integrated MarTech ecosystems Deep understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms, particularly Salesforce and Eloqua Solid grasp of B2B marketing funnels and closed-loop reporting methodologies
