Location: San Bruno, CA

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: Negotiable + Benefits Package

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a specialized educational setting serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental learning differences. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on helping students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide both individual and group speech therapy sessions.
  • Create customized therapy materials and interventions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
  • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
  • Ability to supervise SLPAs is a plus.
  • New graduates with appropriate licensure are encouraged to apply.
