We are looking to add an experienced, career oriented professional to our team. This position is for a Staff Assistant who will help assist with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual that has a "can-do" attitude and is willing to accept and learn new tasks as assigned, while being entrusted with confidential information. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Assist field representatives with daily tasks as they arise · Organize and maintain company documents · Prepare company and clients reports, as requested · Assist in the development of company process models · Assist with company project/tasks, as assigned · Manage tasks/requests between our staff and our partners/vendors · Assist in building sales proposals, product sales comparisons, and pricing documents

Qualifications: · Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs · Ability to identify and solve issues/problems with minimal oversight or input from others · Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task · Proficient typing skills · Able to work collaboratively · Neat, clean, and professional appearance · A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record · High School diploma or equivalent · Able to pass background check and drug screen Job Type: Full Time Salary based on experience.
