About Let's Thrive Mental Health Precision interventional psychiatry practice in Coral Gables, FL — med management, therapy, IV ketamine, Spravato, TMS, and a structured pediatric program (ages 6–17). Clinician-owned (DNP, PMHNP-BC, CRNA). Telehealth-first today, in-office interventional suite opening next. Small, modern, no bureaucracy.

Details: 1099 independent contractor · part-time · remote to start, hybrid in Coral Gables once we open · Miami-area candidates prioritized · flexible scheduling · start date flexible, we're building the bench now. The role: Collaborating physician for a PMHNP-led interventional practice. Light monthly chart review (owner holds autonomous practice registration — no co-signatures), controlled-substance protocol, backup clinician coverage, and hands-on TMS motor-threshold mapping + Spravato/esketamine program oversight as those lines launch. Option to see patients once credentialed. Flat monthly retainer + per-service fees for mapping/clinical work.

Must have: FL-licensed, board-certified psychiatrist · DEA · Miami-Dade/Broward based · able to be on-site a few hours/month · malpractice · clean record.

Strong plus: TMS mapping experience · Spravato REMS experience · ketamine · willing to be designated backup/emergency contact.

Details: 1099 · part-time (est. 2–6 hrs/month to start, grows with interventional volume) · in-person Coral Gables · 90-day notice both ways. xhyhwjd
