- 2+ years of experience
- Current working knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, email, databases, and other business software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management is preferred
- Previous cash register and high-volume cash handling experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to support both accounting and customer service functions
- Process and reconcile cash transactions accurately
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
- Support cash office operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on the sales floor as needed
- Assist with point-of-sale transactions and cash handling
- Maintain organization and accuracy while managing multiple priorities
- Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently
